Emailing a cancellation may get overlooked so please note that cancellation penalties are time sensitive, it is best to call as soon as you know that you are going to cancel. Our cancellation policies vary depending on the type of travel requested in the reservation. The factors involved range from event types to vehicle types, down to the date of travel.
