How will I receive a ride receipt?
Ride receipts are sent via email the day that the charge is placed on the Credit Card used for booking the ride. Within the Client Center you will find reports, receipts, bookings and other features once you are logged into your account.
Do you service large groups?
We handle Groups and Events. For these type of services we will assign a designated travel coordinator to work through all the steps of the ground transportation provided.
